Audit everything that matters
Document access, rate changes, POD amendments, and permission grants need immutable audit trails. Blockchain anchoring is worth considering where documentation integrity is contested.
Third-party risk
Every integration is a dependency. Inventory them, scope their tokens narrowly, and monitor for anomalous usage.
